Título:Rumi - Follow Your Heart ~ Listen to the Voice of GodDescrição:Rūmī (Jalal al-Din Rumi), also known as Mawlana, (1207 - 1273), was the greatest Sufi mystic and Persian-language poet to influence the thought and literature of the Muslim world.Rumi spent his life in Anatolia (present-day Turkey) and was a follower of Sufism, a practice that consists of cultivating a direct and continuous relationship with God through chants, music, prayers and fasting.
Rumi's importance transcends the concepts of nationality and ethnicity. His presence is prominent in Persian, Turkish and Central Asian literature, but his poems are widely known and translated into several languages, such as in the United States, where he is considered “the most popular poet in America”.
Rumi always encouraged tolerance, peace and compassion. In his famous epic poem, the Masnavi – one of the most influential pieces of Islamic literature – he wrote:
“Come! Come! Whoever you are, come! Pagan, idolater or fire-worshipper, come! Even if you deny your oaths a hundred times, come! Our door is the door of hope, come! Come as you are!”

Transcend the bonds of illusion that imprison you in a dimension of confusion, emotional pain and constant search for something that is never achieved. Understand how the ego is created, an illusory identity, based on our thoughts, emotions and identifications, keeping us trapped in illusion.
The deconstruction of the ego is the first step towards self-realization, allowing us to free ourselves from the bonds that obscure the understanding of our True Essence.
